Meet Joanna James, President of Max Pro Enterprise as well as, a Fitness and Health Coach at Joanna James Wellness. With 28 years strong certified Women Business Enterprise in the cleaning solutions industry, Joanna continues to build a name for herself. She recently had a feature this year in Voyage Dallas spotlighting her business that you can view for more details.
Try “keeping up with Mrs. James.” She is passionate about fitness and wellness. I see that first hand from her continuous posts of her workouts and weekly summer organized hikes. Joanna is someone you will gravitate to quite easily and someone worth knowing. Her exuberant personality and captivating smile will automatically make you drawn to her. I first met Joanna at a women’s networking group, DWE (Dallas Women’s Entrepreneur). I swear, I circled the room twice and came back to her table to engage in a conversation regarding our interests in the wellness industry. Joanna really enjoys being a fitness and health coach. Being able to have an impact and motivate others to reach their health and fitness goal is something she finds gratifying.
Learn more about Joanna in the following Q&A.
Motivating others by knowing their goals and tapping into that, will help them to become a better version of themselves or be an advocate for you and what you do.
Be authentic when considering the goals of others. If your motivational intentions are simply trying to win people over on your desires, they will see through this, and it will not be effective. In fact, it will be seen as manipulative and they will resent you for it. People have feelings, and their goals and dreams are important to them. It’s important not to marginalize those dreams or people.
You’ll get more out of them if you are genuine and patient. They will appreciate you for that and will listen to what you want from them. Of course, you will need to find a common ground between what their needs are and what you require from them. That’s not always easy. But, it is worthwhile.
Hope you enjoyed this feature of Joanna James, along with some insight on motivating others by knowing their goals. For more information about Joanna’s company visit Max Pro Enterprise and connect with her on Instagram or Facebook @joannajames
